Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital Products & Services (Career Assessment Report, Career Hub, AI Career Counsellor Chatbot):
    • Refunds will only be provided if access to the digital product or service was not granted due to a technical issue on our end.
    • No refunds will be processed after the service has been fully utilized (e.g., accessing an assessment report or using the chatbot).
  • Non-Digital Services (Career Expert Counselling, Weekly Mentoring):
    • If a scheduled counselling session or mentoring service is missed or not provided, customers may reschedule or request a refund within 7 days.
    • Refunds are not applicable for partially availed subscriptions.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Customers may cancel their subscription within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund, provided no sessions or digital services have been used.
  • After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent further renewals.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Banking Partner Requirements

  • Our banking partners may require additional information to process your refund request.
  • Please ensure the information provided matches your original submission to avoid delays.

5. Processing Time

  • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
  • If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank with the reference number provided by us.
