1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Digital Products & Services (Career Assessment Report, Career Hub, AI Career Counsellor Chatbot):
- Refunds will only be provided if access to the digital product or service was not granted due to a technical issue on our end.
- No refunds will be processed after the service has been fully utilized (e.g., accessing an assessment report or using the chatbot).
- Non-Digital Services (Career Expert Counselling, Weekly Mentoring):
- If a scheduled counselling session or mentoring service is missed or not provided, customers may reschedule or request a refund within 7 days.
- Refunds are not applicable for partially availed subscriptions.
2. Subscription Plans
- Customers may cancel their subscription within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund, provided no sessions or digital services have been used.
- After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent further renewals.
